Clear Sewage... Gross

This water may seem to be clear, however this water is actually water from the sewage line.  All the flooring effected by sewage water had to be extracted Compromised building materials had to also be removed. The sub floor was properly cleaned and disinfected and then drying equipment was placed. In the after picture, you can see where we were installing plastic between the common areas of the building and the offices along with residents apartments for privacy.  If we would leave these areas open you would be able to see within the other areas of the building, all of which were not common areas.
