When Drains can't do their Job

The pictures shown here are a prime example of what happens when the speedy drain at the bottom of a stairway leading into a basement is clogged with leaves and other debris. Disasters like these can be frustrating because systems as simple as a drain system at the bottom of a stairwell shouldn't have issues that cause severe damage like this! The after picture shows the affected area after all water was extracted, all leaves and debris removed, and the drain area completely cleared out on the inside.
